Privacy policy

This policy describes Andre Kruger's personal Google Docs connector. Effective 30 October 2026.

Purpose and information accessed

The connector lets Andre's Felix assistant find, read, create and edit Google Docs on request. It accesses document metadata and document contents needed for that work, subject to the consenting Google account's existing permissions.

Requested Google permissions are Drive read-only for document discovery and Google Docs read/write for document content. The connector does not request Gmail, Calendar or Contacts access.

How information is used

Google document information is used to carry out Andre's requested tasks, such as finding a source, summarising text, drafting a document or making an edit. Permission to connect is not an instruction to change arbitrary documents.

The connector does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. It does not itself gather document content to build a general-purpose AI training dataset.

AI processing and service providers

When Andre authorises Felix to use document content in an AI task, relevant content may be sent to Felix's configured AI provider. That processing is subject to the chosen provider's terms, account settings and the task's data-transfer permissions. This connector is not a promise that all document processing remains on the server.

Google processes authentication and Google API requests. Netlify hosts these public information pages and may process ordinary website requests under its own settings.

Credentials and storage

Google authorisation credentials are stored in a protected directory on Andre's Hobbes server. The connector uses Google's OAuth service to renew access tokens when needed. It is designed to keep credentials and one-time authorisation codes out of assistant chats, command arguments and reports.

Document text and outputs may be retained in Felix's conversation history or Andre's project files. Retention and deletion follow Andre's existing workspace arrangements; this connector does not establish an automatic deletion period.

Disconnecting and deletion requests

Andre can revoke the application's access in his Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops future access through that grant; it does not automatically erase existing Google documents, conversation history or previously saved outputs.
